Frit Spoons

Frit is a simple technique using crushed glass for a speckled effect within the finished piece. The pulverized medium is poured into the vessel while the glass is in a liquid state. When cooled, the "frit"is visible suspended in the solid glass. This effect creates a visually stunning look, and most of all due to the "chaotic and random" use of frit in the glass makes each glass pipe a unique one of a kind piece.
