I bought this pre-cooler because at the time, it was the nicest looking in its price range.

The first thing I note is its size. It's a bit bigger than the picture leads on. That doesn't mean it'll tip your bong over, not if yours is a normal size. I figure its the perfect size for my 15".

Filling the pre-cooler with water to the 2nd to 3rd slit provides the force you want, without any water escaping the pre-cooler.

Together with my perc bong, my hits are like a breath of air. And you're like, "Dang, why is smooth air making me cough so much?" Then you realize you just took a gozilla hit :)

I bought this with the blaze glass premium 6 arm perc cylinder ice bong.
It works fine as an ash catcher, simple sturdy design and easy to clean.

Just got this today and let me tell you it works and does what you'd want it to. Add percolation before the smoke ever reaches your glass tube, but if the water is poured any higher then the 2nd slit you will get plant matter in your tube which could get to your percs and so on. Go easy on it, its affordable and if you take it easy it will work well for you as well. So once again for an affordable pre cooler its the bees knees, just for the ash catching part you might want a charcoal attachment
