Ordered 3pieces of these together with my mad scientist V3, on the 19th April, collected them yesterday, it works great.

There's 2 reason why i'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5.
1. i've tried better Diffuser downstems that i purchased somewhere else, yet this one is no doubt a good accesories n should not be missed by any of the mad scientist V3 owner.

2. one of the 3 downstems that i ordered is "seriously chipped n damaged" on the joint, luckilly i bought 3 pieces so i didn't used the damaged one.

I've log in a request, n i'm sure n confident that DC will work something out of it.

Overall, this is a good accesories for your mad scientist and should not be missed by mad scientist owner ^^

Please ignore the other review, the holes are on the side because this is a "Diffuser" that is the whole point of the product, to let out more bubbles thus filtering the smoke more than just a normal down tube. The first reviewer does not understand this and therefore is annoyed by having to use more water, not realizing that they are getting a much smoother hit with this.

This is the slide for the Mad Scientist. Thick and build well. I just hate the holes on the side. Makes it so the water level is twice as high as it needs to be.
