cheap as, very effective, easy to clean, 2 minor cons are:
the chillum is attached to the downstem, and the whole on that bitch is huge.

pick up a diffy and a snap bowl.

This was my first precooler. I should have bought one sooner. This was a great buy. The glass is sturdy and the precooler sits well alone. The Bowl that came with it is very deep and I did not like it all that much but I just slip it out and slid my favorite bowl and it looked better and worked great. I am very satisfied with this product. I just ordered 2 more bowls for it.

For the price it is well worth it. Like the two other reviews some water does go down the stem but not that much. I am very pleased from the out come it gives you. when friends come over they always ask for the weed star bubble 2. I also own the weed star bubble 3 and I am very happy with both. The service was great I got my product within a weeks time.

I use this together with the Glass Bong 12 (http://www.grasscity.com/glass-bong-12.html) and I love it. It makes the smoke smooth, cool and tasty. It takes me only 2 decent sized bowls (4-5 hits) to get absolutely high, which is about half of what I'd need in a joint. Also, the smoke really tastes like the bud you're smoking, unlike joints.
The only thing is that it does only allow itself to be filled just under half with water. Any more and it flows into the bong when you hit it. But hey, I haven't felt like it had an impact on the taste or smoothness of the hit, so it's still a great precooler.

This is a really nice little piece. For the price you really can't beat it. The only issues I have with it are that it comes with a chillum and no carb hole instead of just a 14/14 downstem and a bowl. I recommend you grabbing a 3 3/4" 14/14 downstem with this purchase (diffused hopefully,) and you will turn a $15 ashcatcher into a really good quality piece that will outperform $60-100 ashcatchers easily. Also you will be able to use your favorite old bowl.

Highly recommended regardless. Be sure to make a wise choice on whether to get this by the size of your piece. A rule of thumb, is your piece is 12" or less in height, you might have tipping issues. This glass is thicker and heavier than I expected, and without a wide base, I am a bit skeptical to use this on my smaller pieces. Not a bad thing, just one to note. Enjoy.
