I invested in this spoon as a birthday present for my girlfriend. For one, the carburetor side is on the left when hitting it. The starfish on the right and where is carb is shown in the picture. Instead of orange inside my starfish it is a very shiny turquoise/purple. In general the whole piece was much bigger than I expected, and looks great. The bowl-piece on this is very large and can pack at least half of a gram. It operates using 3 holes, the smallest is in the bowl, medium size is the cab, with a large mouth hole. This all makes for an even stream of air when you take a pull, not having to suck very hard at all.
I also want to say that there was a vast amount of artistic effort here. The body of the bowl is as shown in the picture, a pure black pyrex. But the front is really pretty. The front of my girlfriends was colored green, blue, yellow, red, a metallic blue faintly around them all, and the colors stretched down into the bowl. The bumps on the starfish are pretty cool and under the starfish is dark blue glass.
This is truly a good investment as this is art. I got mine right here on grass city for 51.75 USD.
