This piece from American Glass Works is a truly a work of art, with its swirling silver and gold fuming, colored glass and a long, slender, worked tentacle snaking up the side of the bowl. Clear glass marbles and magnifiers also decorate the bowl, and a pointed, curling horn drips down from underneath the stem, which features elegant curves and bulges, or "marias" in glassblower's speak. The deep chamber holds a little water to diffuse and cool smoke before it travels through to the mouthpiece. The sherlock's bottom is flat, enabling you to stand the pipe safely on your coffee table.

Because each pipe is individually handblown by glass artists in an Oregon collective, the pipe you receive will be one-of-a-kind.
