After breaking the male connection off my $125 NDG Percolated pre cooler, I went to get the nice Pulse one for $60, but it was sold out. I found this GRAV Labs, another respected name. I ordered it & it got here in 5.5 days - SC, US. Performance is as expected from GRAV, smooth, above avg hits & just as important, it is sturdy, thick glass, probably 5mm. This is a 3-piece unit too, which allows using different stems & bowls. I happened to order some Pulse stems & an 18.8mm bowl & have had a blast interchanging and testing them all for smoothness. Thanks, GC. This pre cooler is a keeper. The funnel bowl it brings is nice enough, but a tad restrictive, as is often the case. Get the Pulse bowl to go w/ it.
But, even as is, you'll love it.

Received this in 5-days in SC! This pre cooler is sturdy and functions well, as expected from GRAV products, sturdy & effective. It looks good too, although I expected the whole thing to be etched, per the color choice. The name GRAV was etched at the bottom and painted white on the separate funnel bowl and 10.2mm shower head down stem. Does a good job percolating, but I improved on it by replacing the stem & bowl w/ a freer flowing Pulse gridded down stem ($40)and 18.mm Pulse bowl w/ glass screen($20). Smoothest hit ever when attached to my custom BURNER Glass oil can shower head perc-bubbler! The combo works notice-ably better than either piece separately,
