Hits great, didn't cost much. Can be easily disassembled for cleaning. Gets a little hot sometimes but that's to be expected with metal pipes. Great little piece if you're on a budget. I give this pipe 4 stars & that's because I personally prefer glass pieces.

I got this pipe as my first pipe, and i made an EXCELLENT decision. It's a great piece of engineering. (1) The bowl fits metal screens, so you can smoke even your most powdery herbs (2) it can be disassembled easily and the standardized thread size means all the pieces are compatible with many other devices (3) the easy disassembly also makes it easier to clean. just drop the parts into a bottle of isopropanol and screw the lid back on! (4) it's nice and long so the smoke is cooler by the time it gets to your mouth.
only negative thing i can say about it is that the smoke doesn't get as cool as it does with a glass pipe.
