Every glass piece in Weed Star's Mentalist line features the industrial-looking curved tube attached to the side, and this scientific glass bubbler is no exception! The wide mouthpiece feels especially comfortable since it's already angled toward you! This bubbler offers fantastic smoke diffusion through its 8-arm tree percolator, with each arm slitted for extra bubbles and reinforced for durability. A Dewar-style recessed joint makes a sleek outline, and an 18.8mm clear glass bowl is included. Weed Star's WS logo is featured in white on the front, and the tube boasts Ziggi Jackson's signature.
Weed Star's Mentalist 8-arm tree perc scientific bubbler is made from 5.0mm glass with a stable flat base, but please be mindful that the curved tube attached to the side can cause tipping when the piece is empty of water.

Overall I should start by saying I've owned 3 different WS pieces before purchasing this guy. Like all WS pieces, it's bigger than I expected it to be, which is always a good thing. The welds look solid and the recessed joint is sweet. Overall it's a really unique piece that delivers like a full sized bong. The only thing I would change is making the ends of the straws on the perc slitted instead of being totally open, making for better aeration.(Posted on 12/8/11)
