This medium sized Sherlock hand pipe is one variation from the skull with a top hat Sherlocks available. However  what makes this particular one unique is the fact that it has been stylized with illuminati glass, which makes the piece UV reactive. The piece when in normal light is translucent and heavily fumed throughout, which will lead to nice coloration after use. When the piece is lit up though, the skull face is outlined with a green glow and the rest of the piece turns cobalt from the black light, it almost appears to be witch craft.
