The sidecar bubbler is a stylish way to enjoy waterpipe percolation in a smaller, more portable handpipe. This piece from American Glass Works is a truly a work of art, with its swirling silver and gold fuming, colored glass and a long, slender, worked tentacle snaking up the side of the bowl. Clear glass marbles and magnifiers also decorate the bowl. The stem features elegant curves and bulges, or "marias" in glassblower's speak. The deep chamber sits on the left of the stem and helps cool smoke as it travels through to the mouthpiece. The sidecar's bottom is flat, enabling you to rest the pipe safely on your coffee table.

Because each pipe is individually handblown by glass artists in an Oregon collective, the pipe you receive will be one-of-a-kind. The colors may vary from what you see in the photo, but the overall design will be the same. Fumed glass changes color over time with heat and buildup, so your pipe's look will evolve as you use it.
