Glass Dab Straw with Fume Worked Mouthpiece and Maria | Blue

This handmade dabber straw measures 17 cm / 6.5 inches in length and is made with fumed clear, high-quality, borosilicate glass. Fumed glass appears to change color over time as resin builds up inside, so your glass dab straw look will evolve as you use it. No two dab straws will evolve similarly, so there is no way to know exactly how your dab straw will end up looking. Thorough cleaning will return it to its original hues, so you can watch it slowly change all over again!

The dab straw is especially designed for for vaping your essential oils. Simply place the oil in a dish and place the dab straw between two fingers. The tip of pipe then needs to be heated for about five to seven seconds. Place the heated pipe in the side of the dish and inhale the fumes of your essential oil.

The straw is slender but feels sturdy and hefty. The mouthpiece is flattened to make for a wider air chamber which cools vapor for a better experience. Just above the tip the dab straw has a maria, which is pushed glass that results in a decorative bulge. The maria works similar to the flattened mouthpiece allowing more air flow and a cooler vapor, but it also provides you with a better grip. The mouthpiece is also fumed with spiraled color which will shift with use.

Because each dab straw is individually handmade by glass artists in an Oregon collective, the dab straw you receive will be one-of-a-kind. The shape and color pattern may vary slightly from what you see in the photo, but the overall design will be the same.
