It consists of two chambers that are packed with all the features you need to provide you with the best possible bong session, such as: a showerhead percolator, a removable inside-cut 18.8mm > 14.5mm slitted diffuser downstem, ice notches, a comfortable rimmed mouthpiece and a 14.5mm Medicali® hourglass bowl.

The bong might look compact, but it packs a real punch and generates clean filtered hits due to its clever design. The smoke is pulled through the slits in the diffuser downstem before it bubbles and breaks on the water surface and continues its journey into the bongs top chamber that houses the slitted showerhead percolator. The slits in the showerhead percolator breaks ups the smokes ones more and therefore adds further diffusion and filtration to the smoke before it moves up the bongs straight tube. Finally, a few well-placed ice cubes in the bongs tube cools the smoke before it exits the mouthpiece and enters your lungs.

Every Medicali bong includes a Medicali® Hologram decal for authenticity. The Medicali flame logo is placed on the beaker base and a Medicali logo in either script or block text can be found on the tube. Some may look like the pictures above, with a cursive script logo, but others may have a block lettering design. Both logos come in a wide variety of colors, you will receive one at random, depending on availability.
