The smoke bubbles and breaks on the water surface and is pulled up and into the eight leg tree percolator. The smoke separates and filters as it exits through the slits in the eight leg tree percolator before traveling up the bongs straight tube, passed the ice cubes for further cooling and out of the rimmed mouthpiece. This results in a cool, silky smooth hit that is packed with flavor and much easier on the throat and lungs.
