Here at Grasscity, we understand our customers' concerns about privacy and discretion. Every product we ship is sent in plain cardboard boxes, with nothing to mark glass pipes or smokeware. Our shipping labels do not say Grasscity, and we do everything we can to ensure our packages are discreet.
Our packages are shipped to you in standard shipping boxes (either a plain brown box or a USPS Priority Mail box). Nowhere on the outside of your package will you see the word "Grasscity".
However, "Grasscity" will appear on your credit card statement. We cannot change this, and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
We offer free domestic shipping within the United States on orders over $50. For international orders, we currently only ship to Canada, with a flat shipping rate of $14.95 for all orders.
Our Shipping Team and Shipping Speeds
Please note that shipping speed does not include order processing time. Orders typically require 2-3 business days for processing, including pulling and packaging your items. Our shipping team works hard to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but during peak seasons and promotional events, processing times may increase.
Shipping times do not guarantee the exact package arrival date and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Easy Returns
At Grasscity we understand how frustrating it can be to receive an item that is damaged, incomplete or doesn’t live up to your expectations. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please refer to our Easy Returns Policy within 48 hours of receiving your order.
It is only possible to return unused items. We don’t accept returns for used items. There are no exceptions to this rule, as this breaches federal law!
We will request a photo of the item to check that the item hasn't been used. After we receive your return we do a secondary test to absolutely rule out that the item has ever been used.
After the item passes the first visual check our customer service will send you detailed instructions on how to return the item. We will provide you with three options on how you would like to proceed from there:
- Swap or exchange your return for different item, different color, etc.
- Issue store credit for your return.
- Issue a refund to your credit card.
