2009 was a big milestone for Storz & Bickel, they received certification for quality management system according to ISO 13485. That is an essential requirement for manufacturing medical devices. Since they also produced vaporizers for medical purposes, it was necessary to bring home the certification.

The Mighty vape lasts 120 minutes in contrast to the Crafty which lasts from 60 to 80 minutes. In addition, the charge time of the Mighty vape is only 90 minutes to get a full battery. To get a full battery for the Crafty you have to wait two hours.

The precise temperature control of the two devices is also different, for the Mighty is the control on the device and for the Crafty you have to use a smartphone app. The Smartphone app connects with your Crafty vape via Bluetooth. Only the oven size (0.3 grams) and the temperature range of the mighty and crafty are the same.
