• The competitor must be a legitimate online retailer that ships to your municipality.
• The lower price must be publicly visible through a legitimate source like the competitor’s website.

Some exceptions apply — price matching isn’t eligible for:

• Generic or non-branded items
• Auction sites, classified ads, marketplace sellers, or membership-only pricing
