The complete kit comes with a concentrate insert, allowing you to vaporize waxy concentrates, as well as herbs from your device. Shipping and returning information

When ordering a product, you can expect it to arrive within ten business days. If you like to return a product, make sure to do it within three business days. Also, the product must be unused when you want to return it.
