Electric Dab Rigs

Using an e-rig is a simple and easy process. Firstly, use a butane torch or lighter to heat up your banger or nail, either check the temperature by hand or using smart temperature control options. To use your hand, place it half an inch from the nail after heating and make sure that it feels warm and not too hot.

Let your nail rest for at least 15 seconds after heating it so that your nail is not too hot, otherwise this can cause the concentrates to burn. When the nail is at the right temperature, place your concentrates on the nail or a banger with a dab tool, spread out the concentrates evenly and seal them off with a carb cap. When the system is closed, all that’s left to do is take a hit.

An electric dab rig is an amazing device that allows you to burn cannabis easily and on the go using a compact piece as opposed to a bong which isn’t as easy to transport and comes with multiple accessories and parts.

Not only are e-rigs handier, they are also cleaner and easier to use than a standard dab rig or water pipe. The main benefit is simply how compact the device is and also the smart features the LED control panel offers, making it simplistic for even a novice smoker to use.

When you’re using your electric dab rig on a frequent basis, it’s important to keep it clean so that there is no build up from the consentrates. The first step of cleaning your electric dab is to clean the nail or banger. The easiest way to do this is to heat up the nail or banger with a torch until the residue burns away. Then, remove the residue from the electric dab rig and let it soak in isopropyl alcohol.

Next, you will need to empty the water from your rig and fill the base with isopropyl alcohol. Add salt if it requires a deeper clean. Now that the nail and rig are soaked and clean, rinse them off with warm water and ensure that all parts are completely dry before using the dab rig again.

Electric dab rigs are a safer alternative than a standard dab rig as it heats up with a coil and doesn‘t require the aid of a blowtorch. An electric dab rig also comes with warranty options which protects your device if it succumbs to accidental damage for a limited time.

Ultimatley, both types of rigs have a number of features suitable for different types of smokers.
