How to Use & Maintain Your Torch

Refilling the Butane Tank

1. Use high-quality, filtered butane.

2. Refill in a well-ventilated area away from open flames.

3. Set the flame adjuster to minimum (-) and engage the safety lock.

4. Hold the torch upside down.

5. Bleed trapped air by pressing the refill valve until hissing stops.

6. Insert the butane nozzle firmly into the refill valve for 5–10 seconds.

7. Stop once full — do not overfill.

8. Wait 3–5 minutes before igniting.

9. Test at a low flame setting and adjust as needed.

Heating a Quartz Banger

• Heat the bottom of the banger for 30–60 seconds.

• Allow it to cool for 45–70 seconds before use.

This timing helps preserve flavor and prevent overheating.
